Q: How can I view the Status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order to view the status of that order.



Q: When will my order arrive?
A:
To find out when your order will arrive, you need to consider the availability of the product(s) you ordered and the shipping option you select:

Total Delivery Time = Product Availability + Shipping Time

Product availability is the time required to process and prepare the items in your order for shipping. The availability is listed with each product. Availability is usually from 2 - 7 business days, but can extend up to 6 weeks for some items. Once the order is ready for shipping, the shipping time is the travel time it takes to get the order from us to you. For example, selecting 2nd Day Air does not mean your order will arrive two days after you place the order, but it will arrive two days after it leaves our facilities. Sometimes we are able to rush an order sooner than the stated product availability. If you have any shipping questions or wish to check on the availability of a product, please contact us.



Q: Do you accept International Orders?
A: We do ship orders outside of the United States either through UPS Worldwide Expedited or Worldwide Express, or through the US Postal Service.

Shipping and handling charges are automatically calculated during the checkout process with UPS shipping options. International shipping rates are based on the size, weight, value, and destination of the package being shipped. For an accurate shipping quote through UPS, you should add the items you wish to order to the shopping cart, click on "Secure Checkout", and enter your shipping address and payment information. You will then have the opportunity to select a shipping option and see the cost associated with each option before submitting your order. If you should choose not to place an order, you will be able to cancel before submitting the order and without being charged.

If you prefer, you may contact us for a shipping and handling quote through the US Postal Service. While this shipping option is usually more economical, there is often limited tracking information available and delivery times are not guaranteed. When emailing us for a quote through the US Postal Service, please include a list of items you wish to order (including quantities) and the complete delivery address. We will reply with a shipping quote and instructions for placing your order.



Q: What are your Shipping Costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

FREE Ground Shipping:
Free Ground Shipping is available on orders over $150 to locations within the 48 contiguous states of the United States. Orders to locations outside the 48 contiguous states are subject to our regular shipping rates. Please Note: Free Ground Shipping will not appear in the Shopping Cart shipping estimate, but will be calculated and displaying during checkout before you submit your order.



Q: Will my Personal Information be Safe?
A: Since all of our online transactions are done through a secure server, you can be sure that your information is safe. Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name and address. We guarantee that every transaction your make at our website will be 100% safe, and under the Fair Credit Billing Act, we promise to protect you from any unauthorized charge to your credit card as a result of shopping with us.



Q: Do you have a Catalog?
A: We do not currently publish a catalog of our products. Instead, in an effort to reduce our costs and pass the savings on to our customers, we only display our products through this site. We have access to the complete product lines of most of the major wedding supply companies, so we are continually adding new products. If you are looking for a particular product that is not yet displayed on our website, please contact us and we will try to get it at a great price for you.
